OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Feld Projects ApS (“Feld”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.
1. PRODUCTS
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in colour, texture and materials may occur. Natural materials may have individual characteristics, and product images are indicative only. Such variations are not considered defects.
2. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and other providers shown at checkout.
Payment is charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders where necessary.
3. DELIVERY
We ship to most EU countries and selected international destinations.
Delivery is handled through parcel carriers such as DHL, UPS or similar logistics partners.
Available delivery options will be presented at checkout.
Delivery terms
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
If delivery fails due to incorrect delivery information, non-collection, or absence where relevant, the shipment may be returned or delivery may be re-attempted. Additional delivery costs may apply.
Inspection upon delivery
You must inspect your order upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible if:
- the product is damaged
- parts are missing
- incorrect items were delivered
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order.

5. REFUNDS
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods, or from the date on which you provide documentation that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
The refund includes the purchase price of the product and the cost of standard delivery.
Any additional delivery costs (such as express or premium delivery options) are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We may deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the product.
6. COMPLAINTS
You have a 2-year right to make a complaint under Danish law in respect of defects in materials or manufacturing.
The right to complain does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- improper use or handling
- lack of maintenance
- damage caused by misuse, storage conditions, or use contrary to product care instructions
Natural wear and material behaviour
Please note that upholstered furniture and foam materials naturally change over time with use.
The foam core will gradually become softer with regular use. This is a normal characteristic of foam and upholstered furniture and should be expected as part of the product’s natural lifecycle.
Minor changes in firmness, comfort, and surface appearance are therefore not considered defects.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruptions, strikes, extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
8. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feld shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
9. PRIVACY
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms a separate part of our website policies.
10. COMPLAINT HANDLING
If you wish to submit a complaint regarding a purchase, please contact us first at support@feldprojects.com.
If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you may be able to submit a complaint to the Danish dispute resolution authority:

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
12. CHANGES
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
